Residential Design

What began as an awkward, dated basement was transformed into a warm and inviting rec room anchored by a speakeasy-inspired bar. Thoughtful spatial planning introduced multiple zones for gathering—lounging, gaming, and conversation—all tied together with subtle mid-century modern influences. Dynamic natural stone, moody lighting, and tailored millwork helped turn a previously overlooked level into one of the most loved spaces in the home.

The second phase of the project shifted upstairs and focused on light-touch, cosmetic upgrades to the dining room and adjacent living area. Through colour, styling, and carefully curated furnishings, these spaces were refreshed to feel cohesive with the rest of the home.
