Upon first glance, our Ochterloney project caused a reaction of, “This is fine, but it could be amazing.” The condo was only 20 years old and well maintained by our clients, but it was starting to show its age aesthetically. Dark finishes, durability challenges with a stained concrete floor, and an uninspired builder-grade finish package didn’t align with the homeowners’ artful taste and clean aesthetic. But a prime location, incredible patio, and two-storey layout gave us plenty to work with.

We were brought on to reimagine the existing layout and provide functional, aesthetic solutions to overhaul the small space. Epoxied floors create a bright, seamless look throughout the unit, a custom banquette provides storage and added capacity for hosting, and in the bathroom, a new walk-in shower makes the space feel larger and more luxurious. Curated furnishings and custom window coverings complete the design, creating a sophisticated aesthetic with an undeniable cool factor.
