Our Deer Haven project is a classic case of curing the “Builder Basic” blues. Our Home owners downsized to a relatively new home in a great neighborhood but it lacked character and quality finishes. 

With the home being built on a slab and having limited space to add square footage to the bathroom, we opted to work with the existing footprint but improve upon the finishes and overall function. We removed the prefabricated shower and designed a beautiful custom shower using timeless Carrara marble tiles. A custom wood vanity adds warmth, and polished nickel fixtures throughout add a touch of luxury. 

Our favorite part of the design, however, is the new drop-in bathtub with an arched enclosure. This not only softens the overall design but improves upon the initial proportions of the space by creating a cozier bathing nook for soaking.
